Throughout her life, Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother had wholeheartedly supported her royal son's in enhancing the betterment of the Thai people in all areas and in every way possible. Even in the late years of her life. HRH the Princess Mother had devoted herself to charity work, being the patron of many development projects. She had regularly journeyed to mountains and forests in remote areas throughout the northern part of the country to visit people, particularly the hilltribes, to help upgrade their living standard as well as to encourage sustainable development.
